Refund policy

We’re sad to hear that our Tinycrawl product didn’t work for you. Since the products are to be used on babies, we are far more concerned about safety and hygiene. Therefore, we don’t accept the return of any of our products.

But don’t worry, in case of any manufacturing defect or damaged goods received, you have 7 days from the delivery date to reach us, and we will send you another one as a replacement.

Send us the pictures of the product via email or WhatsApp. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with the product photos being damaged/soiled.

All disputes shall be settled at the discretion of Tinycrawl only.
